- Team Practices
- Monday through Friday with most teams practicing twice per week
- League Games
- Weekends with games on Sunday occurring after 2pm
- Tournaments
- Weekends (occasionally tournament games can occur on Friday)
- Training
- Motivational Monday
- Wednesday Girls Only Training
